In Istanbul we have a reprieve from the police attacking protestors but the resistance continues in Ankara. As one travels thru Gezi park, you experience a landscape that continues to transform becoming filled with self expression thru street art and music. The Turkish people continue to amaze me with their humor, sociability, adaptability and most importantly solidarity.

More and more people are joining the crowd in Taksim and Gezi Park. They seem to be there to stay. I don’t see the police evicting so many demonstrators. // De plus en plus de monde rejoint les manifestants sur Taksim et dans le parc Gezi. C’est impressionnant.
